Müller Thurgau

Fresh fragrances with hints of sage, lily of the valley and elderberry, and notes of green apple and grapefruit.

The Wine

  • TYPE: Vino bianco
  • ORIGIN: Trentino
  • GRAPES: Müller Thurgau
  • SENSATIONS: A bright straw yellow colour with green reflections. Fresch fragrance with hints of sage, lily of the valley and elderberry, plus notes of green apple and grapefruit. Round, savoury and well structured on the palate.
  • VINIFICATION: After a gentel de-stemming, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration process under inert gases to extract the floral and fruity aromas. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature (16-18°C) in stainless steel vats, with the time on the lees for 2/3 months, followed by a period of a few months' refinement in the bottle before the wine can be sold.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12 %
