  • SENSATIONS: It has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fresh aroma with elder and white flowers hints and reminiscent of citrus fruits. On the palate it is round, savoury and well structured.
  • VINIFICATION: After a soft destemming of the grapes and a short cold maceration in order to extract the floral and fruity aromas, a classic white fermentation takes place. Bottling is followed by several months of refinement before release.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12 %
