SENSATIONS: It has a brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Fresh aroma with elder and white flowers hints and reminiscent of citrus fruits. On the palate it is round, savoury and well structured.
VINIFICATION: After a soft destemming of the grapes and a short cold maceration in order to extract the floral and fruity aromas, a classic white fermentation takes place. Bottling is followed by several months of refinement before release.
