  • SENSATIONS: Straw yellow colour with green reflections. Bouquet with the floral hints and notes of Golden delicious apple and pineapple. Cool and elegant flavour.
  • VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes followed by static decantation of the must. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature (22-24°C) in stainless steel vats, with 1 month on the lees to extract the aromas that distinguish this wine.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5 %
