The Wine

TYPE: White sparkling wine - Brut
ORIGIN: Trentino
GRAPES: Chardonnay
SENSATIONS: Straw yellow colour with golden highlights, fine and persistent perlage. At the nose hints of citrus and white flowers. At the palate it is fresh and lively with a finish of character.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are crushed, destemmed and gently pressed. After cold sedimentation of the must, fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (20-22°C). The wine is then placed in an autoclave where it is re-fermented and stays on the yeasts for about a month. Finally filtered and bottled.
