  • SENSATIONS: It has a ruby red colour. Aromas of violets and hints of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. Fresh and mineral taste with a fruity and persistent finish.
  • VINIFICATION: After destemming and crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (22-24°). After bottling there is a period of refinement before selling.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5%
