Sellaronda Trento DOC Brut

The essence of the classic method with an intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers and hints of bread crust and yeast.

The Wine

  • SENSATIONS: Bright golden colour with a fine, persistent perlage. An intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers on the nose, with hints of bread crust and yeast. Creamy palate with a complex structure and persistent finish.
  • VINIFICATION: The grapes are delicately destemmed, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18°C) in stainless steel vats and then following the classic method, it is bottled with the addition of liqueur de tirage, known to the oenologists of Provinco. The wine is then left to spend time on the lees (approximately 30 months), then disgorged before selling.
