  • SENSATIONS: Deep ruby red in colour. Bouquet of fresh roses, violets, cherries and berries. A full, velvety flavour with a lively, fruity finish.
  • VINIFICATION: After being destemmed and pressed, the grapes are left to macerate before fermentation, then the wine ferments in steel vats at controlled temperature before refining for a few months in the bottle.
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5%
